Our Centre
First Early Learning in Hastings is a fantastic location to the local and surrounding community for early childhood education and service. Hastings is a large fishing town and port on the Mornington Peninsula, Victoria, Australia, as a part of the urban enclave on Western Port comprising Hastings, Bittern, Crib Point, Tyabb, and Somerville.
It has been an exciting adventure opening our centre in October 2019 to become FIRST early learning and welcoming all the current and new children, families and educators into our amazing Reggio Emilia Inspired service. It is our continued mission and vision to provide an educational, learning and home away from home nurturing environment for all children ages 6 weeks to 5 years.
First early learning Hastings provides quality childcare and education to 120 children per day with 6 connecting class rooms.

With nearly 21 years of experience in Early Childhood Education, I have dedicated my career to fostering high-quality care and enriching learning opportunities.
My journey began with a Diploma in Early Childhood Education, and I have since held various positions, including Assistant Director, Administration Support, and Acting Director
My goal is to ensure that every child has a positive start, focusing on building trusting and reciprocal relationships. I am committed to nurturing strong partnerships with our families and our team, as I believe this is key to creating a warm and supportive environment.
I am also passionate about training and mentoring educators, recognising the importance of investing in our future leaders. Together, we will continue to grow and strengthen our team to provide exceptional early childhood experiences.
