First early learning recognises the importance of healthy eating for all children from birth into their developing years. Providing children, the first stepping stones to a range of nutritional meals, menus and healthy choices to establish a love of home cooked meals. We provide a range of cultural food including a range of diverse options from a young age to enrich continued physical and mental developmental growth whilst maintaining safety standards for allergies, intolerances, preferences and requirements.

Our menus are operated on a rotating monthly cycle focusing on season fruits, herbs and vegetables abundance. Our menus are created and designed based on children’s core age groups, needs and requirements as per the recommended guidelines from Nutritional Australia along with our managing directors and in-house chefs. We recognise and empower our cooks to utilise their own personal cooking styles, expertise and creativity in their daily meals that promote continued variety, taste, textures, required nutrients, vitamins and minerals.

First early learning recognises meals times in all cultures as one for celebration, conversation and experimentation. We believe that all meals should be a time for coming together through unhurried, uninterrupted, flexible and progressive meal times. We recognise that not all children are hungry at the same time, have assorted family home life routines that reflect different meal requirements and environments, therefore we allow for children to make their own choices through provided opportunities for what they put into their growing bodies whilst inviting and encouraging new tastes and textures into their world through self-help development and self-serving.
